We visited The Royal Armouries in Leeds I found this trip really interesting which suprised me a lit because it's never been something ive been interested in, but it was totally mind blowing all the different types of swords and armour and were it was used and why, the animal armour was immense and so beautiful its so crazy how they can mane something that's ment to protect you look so good. The Menpo (face mask) from the Japanese section was by far my favourite they were all so different and really scary looking I thought it was clever how they did that as if to scare away there opponent, there main use was to secure the helmet to the head but also to protect there face from the nose down, all of the Japanese armour was very impressive and very beautiful to look at.
